When things go beyond your control.....
DONT PANIC.....just slow down...your activity both physical and mental.....Take your time...and slowly do things.
Now you may feel whatever you do at that time is absolutely foolish....ITS NOT SO....the anxiety element in our brain is just hallucinating....If you dont believe this.....Say ,you are blushing infront of a group of people......Just take up a bit courage and look slowly at each one of them...
THEY MAY NOT BE EVEN LOOKING AT YOU.....see such is the illusion created by your mind....
SO,
when you feel that you are going bits and pieces..dont revoolt against the feeling...Go slowly in through the feeling...do the things....sloowly....and come out...
