Nostalgic after reading old posts.
Just a platform to inspire you folks out there.....reeling with social anxiety disorder....:)
You should have a close friend with whom you can tell all 'shit thoughts'.If you share your thoughts with another person,you can immediately find out whether you are on wrong ship or not.
I know its hard to get a friend or let alone to talk with another person for few of you guys.
DONT WORRY.....
Basic thing to remember in our survival is
STAY COOL..STAY CALM....
The arrows will hit the right place....;-)...

There will be situations when you get extremely hurt by other people's comment.Other people may or may not be meaning what they say.
But we will get extremely sad.
All I want to tell you is that what you feel is mere craftwork of your anxious thoughts.The moment you feel anxiety,fear be aware...that
YOU ARE ALL OK...ITS THE ANXIOUS THOUGHTS IN YOUR HEAD that mess up you.....
Stay calm....stay cool....you will overcome the situation
